Why we exist

The old compliance stack was built for storage, not proof.

Regulated teams are asked to prove supplier compliance faster — across more products, facilities, certificates and customer requirements. The work still gets trapped in disconnected tools.

01

Evidence is scattered

Your proof is buried across inboxes, portals, PDFs and drives — never in one place when an auditor asks.

02

Requirements move

Customer, product and regulatory rules shift constantly, while your document folders sit frozen in time.

03

Risk arrives late

Expired certs, missing COAs and unreviewed suppliers surface during audit prep — the worst possible moment.

04

Decisions are hard to defend

You approved the supplier — but can’t instantly show the requirement, document and reviewer behind it.

See it work

From scattered inputs to audit-ready proof.

Emails, spreadsheets, shared inboxes, paper files, expiring certificates — TraceR2C ingests the mess, verifies and links every record, and continuously assembles one defensible dossier.

What we do

We connect the compliance chain from requirement to decision.

TraceR2C isn’t another folder for certificates. We turn supplier compliance into a computable operating model — every requirement tied to the supplier, facility, product, evidence, review and decision it depends on.

Requirement 01
What must be true?Rules, customer specs, standards and policies become versioned requirements.
Supplier 02
Who must prove it?Supplier relationships, requests, reminders and ownership stay connected.
Facility 03
Where does it apply?Evidence maps to the operating site, not just the vendor name.
Product 04
Which item is affected?Product-level compliance becomes visible instead of buried in attachments.
Evidence 05
What proves it?COAs, certificates, audits and documents become structured, reviewable evidence.
Decision 06
Can we defend it?Approvals, exceptions, risk scores and audit exports inherit the full trail.

How we prove it

Request it. Verify it. Prove it. Always.

One closed loop that runs continuously across every supplier you work with.

1

Request

Automatically ask each supplier for the exact evidence they owe — certs, COAs, audits.

2

Verify

AI reads every document, grades it against your specs, and checks signatures and expiry.

3

Prove

Every decision becomes an audit-ready record you can hand to a regulator in seconds.

4

Always

Continuous risk scoring watches every supplier so nothing lapses silently.

The payoff

From audit scramble to always audit-ready.

Manual compliance breaks under pressure — the answers live in someone’s inbox. On ComplianceFlow, the whole picture flips.

Evidence linked — audit export in one click

What changes

Running on ComplianceFlow looks like this.

Hours, not weeks

Audit exports assemble themselves from linked evidence — the package that used to take a team weeks is one click.

Zero silent lapses

Expiring certificates and missing COAs surface the day they happen — not the week before the auditor arrives.

Every decision defensible

Requirement → evidence → reviewer → decision, permanently connected. “Who approved this?” takes seconds.

What we have

One platform, built to prove compliance.

Who we serve

Built for teams where a missing document becomes a finding.

TraceR2C is designed for organizations that need supplier proof to survive customer audits, regulatory reviews, quality checks and internal risk decisions.

Regulatory frameworks

Frameworks change. Your requirements keep up.

Standards, customer specs and regulations shift constantly. TraceR2C maintains a living library of frameworks and maps every update into your requirements — so what you have to prove is always current. Browse the framework library →

Continuously updated

When a framework or spec changes, your mapped requirements update automatically — no re-reading every clause.

Mapped to requirements

Every clause ties to the evidence that proves it, so a single change instantly reveals what’s now missing.

Bring your own

Add customer specs and internal policies beside public standards — and integrate the frameworks you already run on.

Our boundary

We’re not trying to become your ERP, WMS or MES.

Execution systems already own inventory, orders and production. TraceR2C sits above them as the compliance intelligence layer — what proof is required, what evidence exists, what risk remains, and which decisions are defensible.

External systems own
Inventory, shipments and warehouse movement
Purchasing, accounting and transactional records
Production and manufacturing execution
TraceR2C owns
Requirements, supplier proof and COA review
Risk signals, evidence trails and compliance status
Audit-ready outputs and defensible decisions

Integrated or standalone. Operational data can enrich supplier and product context — or teams can run a complete compliance workflow on lightweight supplier, facility and product data alone.

Questions

Answers before you ask.

What exactly is ComplianceFlow?
ComplianceFlow is TraceR2C’s AI-powered compliance platform for regulated supply chains. It connects your requirements, suppliers, facilities, products, evidence and decisions into one system of record — so compliance is something you can prove on demand, not reconstruct before an audit.
How does the AI COA analysis work?
When a certificate of analysis arrives, the AI extracts its values, grades them against your active specifications, checks signatures and expiry, and flags anything out of policy for human review. Every automated read and every human decision is kept in the audit trail.
Which regulatory frameworks do you support?
FSMA, HACCP, SQF, BRCGS, GMP (21 CFR 211), 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA and NIST CSF — kept current in a living framework library — plus your own customer specifications and internal policies alongside them.
How do my suppliers submit evidence?
ComplianceFlow sends each supplier an automated request for exactly the evidence they owe, with reminders until it arrives. Suppliers reply the way they already work — no accounts to create or training required on their side.
Does it replace our ERP, WMS or QMS?
No. Execution systems keep owning inventory, orders and production. ComplianceFlow sits above them as the compliance intelligence layer — what proof is required, what evidence exists, what risk remains. It can integrate with your systems or run standalone.
How long does it take to get started?
There’s no system migration — teams start with lightweight supplier, facility and product data and send their first evidence requests within days. Book a demo and we’ll scope it against your supplier base.

The Evidence Brief

Frameworks change. Know first.

One email a month: what moved across FSMA 204, EUDR, UFLPA and the rest of the library — and exactly what evidence it now requires from your suppliers.
